Отельное помещение - кухня, с посудой и техникой. Душ и туалет разделены. На улице, на берегу, на крытой террасе имеется мангальная зона с собственным столиком. Летом прокат лодки, катамарана, яхты, велосипедов. Зимой каток и горка, прокат лыж, коньков. Имеется баня за доплату.
