Advantages:

Квартира чистая и очень теплая. Хозяева приветливые, отзывчивые. Даже после снегопадов нашли место для парковки рядом с домом. Из продуктовых магазинов рядом только КБ, до Магнита идти несколько минут. Но это не критично, т.к. мы ехали кататься на горных лыжах, а по дороге к ЦАО Евразия большое количество магазинов на любой вкус.
