Сдаётся дом, 2 этаж. Дом находится в очень живописном месте, между горными хребтами, рядом в 200 метров от дома есть речка Сим. Подъезд к дому круглый год, дорога хорошая. На 2 этаже 4 спальни с кроватью 160*200, 4 одноместные кровати, 2х местные диваны, 3 санузла. (2 спальни с отдельными санузлами). На 1 этаже 2 2х спальные кровати + кресло кровать, санузел, кухня ( студия). В доме есть все для комфортного проживания. Интернет. Телевизор. Полы с подогревом. Постельное белье и полотенца входит в стоимость. Большая кухня гостиная. На кухне есть все (посуда,кастрюли,сковорода, электрическая варочная панель, духовой шкаф, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, двухкамерный холодильник, утюг, стиральная машина) . Двор асфальтирован , имеет парковочное место на 5 авто. Во дворе есть мангальная зона, решетки, шампура для мангала. Дом вмещает до 22чел. Можно с животными есть вольер во дворе, если в доме то за отдельную плату. Насчет кол-во человек и цены за сутки можно договориться. Всё фото настоящие. Мы есть ВК (дом коттедж Аша).
