Расположение, самый центр, Арбат.

Disadvantages:

В номере нет прихожей, раздеваешься прямо на кровать, шумно, всю ночь кто то звонил, приходил, всё было слышно и мешало спать, а утром вообще начался ремонт в соседнем номере, казалось что сносят стены.
