Advantages:

Для нас было удобно с жд сразу заселиться и ехать на соревнования. Но удобство расположения хорошее для тех кто никуда не планирует ходить. А так от центра далеко. Большой плюс-миникухня Рядом со зданием маленькая аллея. Когда все цветет, там ооочень красиво. Недалеко остановки.

Disadvantages:

Далеко от центра. 5 этаж, с чемоданом по лестнице будет сложно. При нас заселялись ночью и мы соответственно не спали. Ощущение что прям рядом с кроватью шумят
