Здравствуйте! Представляю вашему вниманию дом из клееного бруса, очень теплый и уютный на берегу озера Сарсанги. Панорамный вид из окна на озеро создает определенное настроение и атмосферу. Отопление газовое, теплый пол по всему дому, поэтому очень тепло в любой минус. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания 10 персон: посуда, кухонная техника, средства гигиены, постельное бельё, полотенца, телевидение, Wi-Fi.
Участок 10 соток, просторный, с газоном + выход на берег озера. Месторасположение: СНТ «Тимер», 30 км от города, выезд со стороны ЧМЗ. Вокруг очень живописно, много озер: Кургуси, Касарги, Узункуль, в 2 км поселок Журавли, там есть магазин.
По условиям: рассчитан на 10 человек, в доме не курим, музыка до 23:00, потом закрываем окна, двери и убавляем колонку.
По оплате: депозит 10 тыс. руб. при выезде отдаем обратно, пн-чт — 15000 руб., пт-вс — 20000 руб. Именинникам скидки. Заселение в 16:00, выезд в 12:00. Можем согласовать поздний выезд за доп плату. Мытье посуды 3000руб.
Вывоз мусора 2000руб. Так же если будут сильные загрязнения требующие химчистки, удерживается определенная сумма с депозита, обозначенная клининговой компанией.
