Advantages:

Неплохая квартира. Хороший ЖК. Рядом много ТЦ.

Disadvantages:

В квартире не работали многие розетки. В душе забит слив, вся вода текла на пол, мыться было невозможно. Заселение было не оперативным. Пришлось ждать на улице когда кто то там подключит хозяйке холодильник. При вселении взяли депозит 3.000р После проживания были претенции по поводу 2 грязных кружек в раковине. Не советую выбирать данную квартиру.
