Состоит из двух изолированных комнат, в одной из комнат - мини-кухня и двухместный диван холодильник, во второй комнате - двуспальная кровать, телевизор, обеденный стол. Душ и туалет раздельные. На берегу - своя мангальная зона со столиком, на террасе и видом на озеро Увильды. Летом отличный пляжный отдых на воде, прокат лодок катамаранов, сап-борда. Зимой - каток и горка, прокат коньков и лыж. Имеется баня за доплату. Прекрасная рыбалка круглый год.
