Advantages:

В квартире чисто, аккуратно. Все необходимое есть. Удобное заселение, расположение хорошее, все необходимые магазины рядом. Окна, лоджия панорамная выходят во двор, тихо, хорошо, шума машин не слышно вообще. Взаимосвязь быстрая.
